EVANSVILLE, IN, July 10, 2019 – In an effort to spread hope, love and warmth to critically ill children in our local community, Romain Subaru donated 80 blankets and 10 craft kits to Ronald McDonald House of the Ohio Valley as part of a larger Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) initiative called Subaru Loves to Care.
Throughout June, Romain Subaru asked customers to share personal messages of hope to accompany the blankets. The Subaru Loves to Care initiative reflects SOA’s corporate goals to improve the health and wellness and the lives of those in the local communities where we live and work.
Since 2015, Subaru and Subaru retailers, together with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, have donated over 105,000 blankets, 12,465 arts & crafts kits and thousands of messages of hope to those fighting cancer across the country.
